Phadisco operations are divided into three major business divisions:

1. The Cyprus Operation.
Provides medical representation, scientific-regulatory support, distribution, and scientific promotion for pharmaceutical products.
It offers specialized merchandizing, consumer marketing and sales for OTC products, including a specialized department for Medical Equipment and Diagnostics complete with state of the art warehousing and service support.

2. Manufacturing of own Trademarks.
Phadisco¥s Trademarks are marketed under its own logo and manufactured under European GMP at reputable manufacturing sites in Europe and the Middle East.

3. Overseas Operation.
A subsidiary company was formed in 2003 under the name Phadisco Middle East FZE, based in Dubai UAE, which provides the monitoring and handling of the overall overseas business operation.
